As a multi award winner and successful business owner, Gina Field Managing Director of Nepean Regional Security (NRS) has been asked to speak at many business events.

Starting her business as a home based business, Nepean Regional Security is now one of the most recognised and awarded security companies in NSW. Growing the company from one employee (herself) to now over 40 staff and a fleet of vehicles across the state of NSW.

Gina has risen up the ranks in a male dominated industry (Security) to be one of the highest awarded female business owners in not only the state  but Australia.

Being ostracized and outed as one of first females in security she has now been awarded the “Business Leader of the Year”, “Entrepreneur of the Year” and “Business Owner of the Year” two years in a row. Gina tells it the way it is  – good, bad and ugly.

Still working as a Managing Director and operational security officer, Gina has 35 years in the security industry and over 25 years in her own business.

Adding a spice of humour and excitement to her public speaking, she has worked on many panels including some with Anne Fulwood formerly from channel 9 and now the owner of Fulworks.

Gina has been featured on TV, radio, magazines and newspapers, she has been used in campaigns such as the “Too big to ignore” campaign and a TV program called “Business Sense”.

Gina Recently was a guest speaker for the UWS 2015 Gradutes. Gina was well received and has been asked to return to UWS as a mentor, public speaker and in class tutor.
